A permanent post has arisen for a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse within the District Nursing Team at Linkwood Medical Centre in Elgin working 14.8 hours a week covering weekdays and weekends as required. We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated registered nurse to work as a Community Nurse delivering high quality standards of nursing care to people in their own homes and care homes. Clinical skills required include wound care, catheter care, palliative care, administration of medications and nursing assessment. The applicant must have excellent communication, clinical and interpersonal skills. The applicant should be confident and competent to work alone but also be able to work as part of the District Nursing Team. A full, current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
