Reed Accountancy & Finance is actively seeking an Accounts Administrator to join our client in Ashford on a temporary basis. This role is initially for 1 months to cover nnual leave but has the potential to evolve into a permanent position within the organisation for the right candidate. Accounts Administrator Day-to-day of the role: Matching, batching, and coding sales ledger invoices. Matching, coding, and batching purchase ledger invoices. Scanning invoices into the system accurately. Distributing remittance advices to relevant parties. Maintaining an up-to-date accounts email inbox. Scanning, photocopying, and filing accounts paperwork diligently. Accounts Administrator Required Skills & Qualifications: A passion for numbers and accounts is essential. Studying towards an AAT qualification would be advantageous, though not required. No prior working experience as an Accounts Administrator is necessary.
