The Opportunity:
As the Content & Knowledge Management Advisor, you will provide support to the Content & Knowledge Management Specialist and the wider Workforce Services Team to ensure updates to HR knowledge content are completed. In this role, you will assist the delivery of People Services projects that will increase efficiency, reduce costs, and contribute to overall HR and business objectives. This position reports into the Content & Knowledge Management Specialist and sits within the Human Resources (HR) function.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review HR policies and documents, summarising key points to create accurate, user-friendly, and engaging content for employees and managers.
* Review content on local SharePoints and identify opportunities to streamline and globalise.
* Support the delivery of the myHR portal and ServiceNow roadmap and drive enhancements to employee experience.
* Support the delivery of communication campaigns for People Services.
Essential Knowledge & Experience:
* Collaborated with HR Specialists on the creation of clear and consistent HR knowledge articles to support ongoing and cyclical HR activity.
* Maintained and updated knowledge articles on the myHR portal.
Education:
* Human Resources degree or equivalent.
Additional Information:
* This is a permanent full-time position.
* This position is based in the UK.
* This position follows our hybrid working model. Role requires a blend of home and a minimum of 1 day per month in our local office. Flexibility may be required in line with business needs. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance of the office.
