Actively works with management and the quality team to ensure high levels of product and service through training, audits and continuous improvement. Your Role - Works with plant management to implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with customer, regulatory, ISO 9001 and internal standards. - Manages the Quality and Indirect Manufacturing Control team, ensuring their professional growth, training and motivation to achieve high performance. - Organizes and coordinates internal, customer and external quality audits, including related documentation and systems access. - Establishes and monitors performance metrics, evaluates trends, and utilizes continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, RCA) to optimize quality and cost. - Manages corrective action system, analyzes non-conformances and customer complaints, and proposes preventive and corrective actions. - Works with Purchasing and Corporate Quality to qualify and manage suppliers and supports the implementation of plant quality goals.
