About the Role:
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play an essential role in the smooth running of our warehouse. Your responsibilities will focus on picking and packing orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You’ll also assist with stock movement and general warehouse duties, helping to maintain a safe and organised environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Picking and packing orders to meet daily targets
* Supporting the warehouse team with stock movement and inventory management
* Loading goods onto pallets or vehicles for dispatch
* Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse
* Adhering to health and safety standards at all times
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative, Picker, or Packer
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing tasks
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a busy warehouse environment
* Flexibility to work the required shifts: Monday to Friday (8:30 am start) and Saturday (8:00 am start)
* A positive attitude and commitment to high standards
