Your Role
Take charge of a portfolio of schools and educators, mentor junior consultants, and lead by example to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
Build Strong Relationships: Forge trusted partnerships with schools and educators.
Lead by Example: Drive personal and team performance, achieving and exceeding targets.
Mentor Talent: Coach junior consultants and foster continuous development.
Identify Growth Opportunities: Proactively seek new business prospects and expand market share.
Strategic Planning: Work with leadership to implement innovative recruitment strategies.
Represent Supply Desk: Attend client meetings and industry events to strengthen relationships and grow our reputation.
