Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, developing and executing strategic paid search and social media campaigns, and driving measurable growth. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and exceptional client communication skills. 50/50 B2B & B2C.

Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long-lasting relationships.
* Understand clients' business objectives and develop tailored paid media strategies.
* Conduct regular client meetings, providing performance updates and strategic recommendations.
* Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of projects.
* Campaign Strategy & Planning:
* Develop comprehensive paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) and paid social (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) strategies.
* Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis.
* Create detailed campaign plans, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, and creative direction.
* Lead the hybridisation of campaigns across search and social channels.
* Campaign Execution & Optimisation:
* Set up, manage, and optimise paid search and social media campaigns across various platforms.
* Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and identify areas for improvement.
* Conduct A/B testing and implement optimisation strategies to maximise ROI.
* Manage budgets and ensure efficient spend.
* Performance Reporting & Analysis:
* Generate regular performance reports, providing clear and actionable insights to clients.
* Utilise analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform-specific analytics) to track key metrics.
* Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.
* Industry Knowledge & Development:
* Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in paid search and social media.
* Maintain proficiency in relevant platforms and tools.
* Contribute to the agency's knowledge sharing and best practice development.
What is the company looking for?
* Proven experience (4+ years) in managing paid search and social media campaigns, preferably in an agency environment.
* Strong understanding of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
* Proficiency in reporting (Pulling data, Excel, pivot tables)
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proactive, takes initiative, solutions focused
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
* Strong client relationship management skills.
* Experience working in smaller agencies is highly desired.
* Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
