Customer Service / Business Administration Assessor to start asap - Urgent role
up to £28k Plus up to £4k a year in completion bonuses (Based on 40 learners completed on caseload)
Permanent Full Time - Liverpool/Merseyside/North West/The Wirral
As you will be expected to attend HQ in Liverpool 2 days a week for meetings/submitting paperwork/training/administration
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4pm, 3pm finish on a Friday

Our client are an established leading training Ofsted Grade 2 provider with national provision with a personal approach. Specialising across sectors within Manufacturing, Logistics, Insurance, Financial, Housing, Healthcare, NHS, and Retail & Construction.

The successful applicant will deliver training to apprentices in the workplace with no longer than 1 hour travel from home on the days they go out to visit, primarily the Business Administrator level 3, Customer Services 2 and 3 standards
Reporting to the Performance Manager, the role will be to deliver teaching and learning sessions to all allocated apprentices.
This encompasses training, coaching, support, planning, monitoring and formal reviewing of the apprentice’s progress from the start through to the end point assessment
We are looking for an individual to deliver our clients Level 3 Business Administrator Standard and customer service levels 2 and 3 with the following qualities:
Support approx 40 learners undertaking a standalone qualification programme of learning.
* Carry out assessment of learners against standards or qualification criteria.
* To assist in the compilation of learners portfolios and to monitor the quality of learning.
* To support candidates in identifying opportunities for the collection of portfolio evidence.
* To contribute to the development of the candidate’s plans of individual training needs.
* To assess and deliver elements of underpinning knowledge. To support the internal quality assurance process
* An experienced Business Administration, Customer Services Tutor/Skills Coach is essential.
* Personable and engaging. Organised and motivated.
* Good maths, English and ICT skills.
* Ideally experience of using Onefile and working with a cohort of approx 40 learners
* The role will include high quality training, coaching, support, planning, monitoring and formal reviewing of the apprentice’s progress from the start through to the end point assessment.
