1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, at all levels, with the ability to grasp the language and mood of the charity.
2. Strong command of the English language, including spelling.
3. Excellent telephone skills.
4. Good interpersonal, negotiation, and assertiveness skills for problem solving.
5. Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
6. Adaptable and resourceful, able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines while managing multiple demands.
7. Experience working with sensitive and confidential information.
8. Proficient in IT, including Excel, Word, and web databases.
