If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you to take the next step in your HR career and join our team as a HR Administrator About the role As our HR Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our HR team, providing essential administrative support while playing a key role in shaping a positive employee experience. This isn't just any admin job you'll have the chance to get involved in exciting HR projects, analyse people data, and make a real impact across the business. Key responsibilities include: Providing administrative support to the HR Manager including day to queries and escalating where necessary Providing assistance to the HR Manager on project work, maintaining the HR communication calendar and coordinating communications from the team Ensuring the Induction, Probation, Appraisal, and Supervision trackers are up to date Creating regular and ad hoc reports on the HR system using excel Issuing template letters to employees as and when required Completing references and certificate of employments Issuing the New Starter Survey Arranging the HR Forums Minute taking at Disciplinary and Capability Hearings Arranging staff uniform for the services Staff communication; Birthday greetings and Staff recognition Maintain digital copies of employees' records Off boarding: exit interview, leavers paperwork, recovery of contractual payments Updating the HR System with accurate information Ad hoc tasks and projects as and when required About you, the successful HR Administrator Strong experience within a HR Administrator role Competent use of Word including experience of mail merging, Excel and PowerPoint Evidence of excellent attention to detail and total confidentiality Demonstrable interest in and/or experience in gathering, reporting and performing analysis on people data Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines Ability to take ownership of a task and see it through to completion Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to spot where efficiencies can be made in the administration process About Us Bramley Health is a leading provider of specialist health and social care services in South London and the South East.
