The Role -
Epic Bars is looking for a talented Digital Media Manager.
Ideally, the candidate will be located in or around Guildford.
The role will involve occasional visits to various sites up and down the UK; however, the job will mostly involve working remotely.
The role will involve being responsible for assisting the sites with their online accounts and presence, helping to use Meta Business, Ads Manager along with other social platforms.
You will help develop, create, and design campaigns for upcoming events along with weekly brand awareness, ensuring all marketing assets are in keeping with the business and brand.
Drive paid digital advertising (PPC, social, display, retargeting) with a strong focus on ROI and targeting to improve business.
Optimise customer journeys to maximise lead generation and conversion rates.
You will be required to regularly report on key digital metrics, campaign performance, and conversion rates, presenting clear insights and recommendations. Along with staying ahead of the latest digital innovations, experimenting with AI, automation tools, and emerging platforms.
The current workload would be approximately based on a 20-24 hour work week with flexibility on work days.

Your Skills -
* Media Planning and Digital Media skills
* Experience in Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing
* Hands-on experience with Meta Business and using Ads Manager for PPC and paid social campaigns, understanding strategies, targeting, and analytics.
* Data-driven mindset, able to track performance, analyse insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Proficiency in Social Media Marketing
* Strong analytical and project management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Driving licence
* Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
* Creative mindset to target campaigns keeping in brand with the businesses.
* Excellent organisation and project management skills, ensuring deadlines are met.
