WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
As part of your normal duties, you will:
1. Be responsible for delivering all of the new product launches for the VWG brand.
2. Act as the main point of escalation dealing with service issues and problem solving, communicating at all times with the brand.
3. Responsible for training and developing a team of Press Specialists and Administrators.
4. Work with key stakeholders within operations and logistics to ensure high levels of customer service are delivered throughout the booking process.
5. Provide consultation and proactive fleet management, adopting best practices and striving for continuous improvement and innovation at all levels.
6. Account Management ensuring clear and effective communication with the customers.
7. Co-ordinate operational meetings to discuss departmental priorities and work together to deliver objectives.
8. Conduct regular team 121's, setting targets and objectives, and working on career plans and employee development.
9. Manage stakeholder relationships by liaising with workshop, body shop, logistics, valeting, and other key departments.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

1. Previous experience within a similar management role is essential (Account Management, Customer Service Management, Team Management).
2. Automotive sector experience or knowledge would be desirable, but not essential.
3. Previous experience of people management, managing a team and managing stakeholder/Customer expectations.
4. Strong communicator at various levels - verbal and written.
5. Management of end-to-end processes.
6. Commercial and financial experience or awareness.
7. Ability to drive best practices and processes.
8. Keen eye for detail.
