Newbold Road is a large, spacious house, which is comprised of one flat and eight en-suite bedrooms in the heart of Chesterfield.
You will be working to support adults with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, non-verbal communication, challenging behaviours, and or autistic spectrum disorders.

What you’ll be doing:
• Your role will be to help each person achieve their full potential by supporting them with their daily activities.
• Providing personal care and emotional support.
• You will be supporting within the service and with accessing the community, and will also be taking part in the chosen activities of the people who live with us.
• You will be supporting and promoting independence to suit each person’s individual needs.
• Weekend and Bank holiday working is required.
• Shifts will be 7 or 14 hours long. The earliest shift start time is 6 am and the latest finish time when not on nights is 9 pm, so you must be sure that you can travel to and from the service for these times.
• The occasional night shift will be required, which is 9 pm to 7 am.
