About You
You’ll be organized to meet service times, thrive on autonomy to plan and prioritize, and have a knack for following recipes precisely. You will be passionate about food and understand the importance of good quality, home-cooked meals for our Residents. When communicating with Residents or co-workers, you’ll be considerate and kind.
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. It’s important that you can recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise. All colleagues are required to attend safeguarding training suitable for their role and to undertake additional training as needed. You should be able to seek advice and report concerns appropriately, including escalation if necessary.
