ROLE SUMMARY: Contribute to the provision of the Psychological Therapy Services within NSFT. Work as part of the multi-disciplinary team, carrying a caseload of clients. Receive regular supervision in line with the Trust Policies and responsible for management of own caseload and ensuring high standards of care are maintained in line with Trust policies and professional codes of practice. Supervision and consultancy to other mental health professionals and involved in the development of Psychological Therapy provision within the locality as appropriate. Accountable for accurate mental health clustering of all patients in caseload on admission, discharge and at review meetings. Ensure all mental health clustering information is passed onto other Trust teams or services on transfer of patients. Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and quality of mental health clustering activity within the team.
