Job Title: Football Participation Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to manage our football participation programs across the Sussex region.
This role is based at our Foundation Offices on 136 Freshfield Road and will involve regular travel to our football pathway centres in and around the area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of our football participation programs, ensuring that they are safe, fun and inclusive for all participants.
This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week, including evenings and weekends. The salary for this role is £42,500 per annum.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement football participation programs that meet the needs of diverse participant groups.
* Manage and coordinate logistics for program delivery, including venue hire and equipment provision.
* Collaborate with coaching staff to ensure high-quality coaching standards.
* Maintain accurate records and reports to monitor program effectiveness.
Requirements:
* Relevant qualifications in sports management or a related field.
* Proven experience in managing sports participation programs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
