Job Title: IT Systems Administrator
Location: Maxim Office Park, Parklands Ave, Eurocentral ML1 4WQ
Mode of working: Onsite
Duration: 12+ months of contract initially
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the Corporate IT Help Desk
2. Responding to Corporate IT Help Desk tickets
3. Meeting SLA requirements
4. Assisting with continuous improvement to systems and processes
5. Contributing to the development and maintenance of a high level of innovation in the corporate IT team
6. Fostering a culture of continual improvement and efficiency within our IT and business systems
Skills:
1. A proven track record as a Systems Administrator
2. SaaS experience
3. Currently part of an IT Helpdesk team
4. A proven ability to remain flexible in a rapidly changing business environment
5. Demonstrated ability to manage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders
6. Established and hands-on experience of administration of O365 tenant
7. Good experience administrating a corporate network across multiple locations to include:
* Firewall
* Switching
* WiFi
* VPN
* Handling business critical system outages
* Working within and improving IT policies and processes
* Good experience of managing, upgrading, and maintaining Windows PC, Laptop, and Server environments
* Experience working in an ISO 27001 certified organisation
* A working knowledge of Cisco networking, practices, and principles
* A working knowledge of PowerShell
* Experience in cloud infrastructure AWS and/or Azure
