Who We’re Looking For We’re on the hunt for a driven adviser who can communicate well and building long term relationships with property investors and introducing partners.

An experienced specialist mortgage broker looking to plug into a fresh, ambitious team on a mission to excel together.
Qualifications Great communication skills Honest, trustworthy person who can manage investors finances.
Ability to manage your own pipeline and sign up new clients Ability to maintain and grow existing relationships CeMap Qualified
- Unless you have clear experience as an unregulated broker.
What’s In It for You? Personal Mentorship: Work directly with the company director, gaining one-on-one guidance to build and grow your own client bank.
Full Admin Support: From sign-up to completion, our admin team will handle everything from sign up to completion.
This includes
- Application submissions, compliance and working with lenders and legals to get the case to completion.
This will allow you to focus on building new and existing relationships and delivering tailored advice.
Hybrid Working: Enjoy a flexible schedule with a mix of working from home and the office.
Employed Option: Salary: £27,500
- £35,000 (dependent on experience) bonus structure.
Self-employed Option: Leads we provide: 50/50 split.
Self-generated business: 70/30 split in your favor Part-admin support included

You’ll be responsible for: Mortgage Advice: Providing tailored financial advice to meet clients’ unique needs.
Lead Handling: Managing company-provided enquiries and converting them into new business.
Relationship Building: Establishing and maintaining relationships with property investors and introducing partners.
Proactive Outreach: Generating business through networking, referrals, and industry events.
LinkedIn: Implementing our company strategy to help you build new relationships.
Referral Growth: Leveraging existing relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
