An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a passionate Security officer be part of the Team at Criterion Hospitality. About you: You will ensure that all areas of the hotel are safe and secure and successfully execute all security tasks. These tasks will include but will not be limited to patrols of the property, assisting with guest’s request, monitoring, and responding to alarms, assisting guests/employees during emergency situations, reporting to scenes of accidents / incidents and complete reports where applicable, resolving safety hazards and being first on the scene to any security or safety alarms. About The company With four hotels currently in our portfolio, all located in London’s bustling West End, we’re looking for an experienced, vibrant, and energetic security officer for Zedwell Piccadilly. As a Security Officer you should be able to deal efficiently with complaints and has a solid customer service approach. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure you provides professional and friendly service to our customers and guests. What are we looking for?
