Cherry Professional are recruiting for a Temporary Facilities Coordinator for a busy insurance organisation based in Nottingham City Centre. What they are looking for: Handling budgets, organising maintenance schedules, and liaising with both in-house staff and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations Manage service charge budgets and related works Coordinate pre-planned maintenance schedules Work with both in-house teams and external contractors to execute maintenance tasks General maintenance and over-seeing the day to day running of the buildingKey details: Experience in a similar Facilities/Office Manager/Reception based role Good communication skills Strong organisational and multitasking skills A proactive work ethic and ability to work independentlyThe role is due to start in February 2025 and is on-going. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am-4.30pm.
