At Warwickshire Cricket Foundation, we’re dedicated to making cricket a game for all. As a SEND Coach, you’ll have the opportunity to deliver high-quality cricket sessions to young people with disabilities, support teachers in developing their skills, and help create pathways for participants to progress from school-based programmes to community hubs and beyond. You’ll work closely with schools, cricket clubs, and our Super 1s and Super 9s programmes, playing a key role in improving access to cricket for young disabled people across the region.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has experience delivering engaging sessions in disability settings and a commitment to improving the lives of young disabled people.
• Can work both independently and collaboratively to build strong, sustainable partnerships.
• Holds relevant qualifications, including ECB Core Coach, First Aid, and Child Protection training, with the ability to travel between sites.
• Is adaptable, creative, and motivated by the challenge of delivering high-quality, inclusive sessions.
• Aligns with our PRIDE values: Passion, Respect, Innovation, Diversity, and Excellence.
