What the Job Involves Your primary role is to deliver tailored care and support to adults at risk, as outlined in their support plans and risk assessments. You will be responsible for personal care tasks such as dressing, bathing, toileting, and medication administration. You will monitor service users' progress, manage challenging behaviors, and ensure the safety and well-being of service users during transportation. Your duties include maintaining accurate records, attending meetings, and using appropriate equipment for mobility support. You will ensure information security and report health and safety issues to management.
