Senior Compliance Manager
Professional Services | Accountancy | FCA & ICAEW-regulated
At ReCulture, we’re not your typical recruitment agency. We’re talent matchmakers - connecting top talent with environments where they’ll thrive. Our approach goes beyond the surface, focusing on behaviours and values as much as skills. Partnering with clients like an in-house team but moving at the speed of an agency, we deliver long-term impact by ensuring the right values fit.
We’re working with a forward-thinking, fast-growing accountancy and professional services firm who are redefining what it means to work in finance. Their culture is second to none - truly people-first, values-driven, and built on collaboration, integrity, and trust.
As they continue to grow, they're looking for an experienced Senior Compliance Manager who can take ownership of the compliance framework across the business - ensuring the highest standards are met, while keeping communication open, accessible, and embedded in the culture.
The Role:
You’ll be the go-to expert for all things compliance, ensuring the firm is not only aligned with ICAEW and FCA regulatory standards, but also that compliance becomes a natural, well-supported part of how they operate. You'll collaborate closely with the Head of Finance and wider teams to keep risk low, standards high, and everyone engaged and informed.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Designing, maintaining and auditing internal compliance controls across the business
* Championing AML and Anti-Bribery policies - from procedures and training to monitoring and updates
* Overseeing client onboarding, engagement letters, and data handling (GDPR)
* Delivering ongoing compliance training and guidance to all teams
* Leading on external audits, ICAEW returns, QAD, and PI insurance
* Acting as a key figure in risk mitigation, including AML high-risk clients and SAR submissions (potential Deputy MLRO)
* Maintaining and updating compliance-related content on the internal intranet.
What We're Looking For:
* A strong understanding of ICAEW and FCA requirements within a professional services environment
* Experience designing and embedding compliance frameworks
* Hands-on knowledge of AML regulations and data protection
* A collaborative communicator who can simplify complexity and influence at all levels
* A proactive mindset – you’ll love building things and making them better.
Why Join This Firm?
* A genuinely people-first culture that values balance, integrity, and team success
* Hybrid working and flexibility to suit you
* A modern, inclusive workplace where your voice is heard
* Great benefits, development opportunities, and a team that wants you to thrive.
