Duties:
It's a professional environment.
You’ll be based from home and provided with all the specialist equipment & technology necessary. You’ll be visiting our customers across the region, conducting the following:
* Routine crane servicing & warranty work.
* Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues on customer sites.
* Performing thorough examinations / LOLER inspections and necessary compliance checks.
* Providing technical support to customers.
Training
We offer a comprehensive manufacturer training schedule that builds on your knowledge and develops you into an experienced Palfinger Field Service Engineer.
We’re also committed to future-proof your skills, and training continues throughout your career with us as you’ll become an electrical and diagnostic expert.
Our ideal applicant
* You need to be an existing field service engineer with mechanical, hydraulic & electrical experience maintaining similar equipment such as agricultural machines, construction plant, cranes, Forklifts, Talilifts etc.
* Ideally applicants should hold a recognised apprenticeship, C&G or NVQ in a relevant discipline.
* Already live in Dundee or the wider region.
* Proof of right to work in the UK & a full UK driving licence are essential.
