We have an excellent opportunity to join our Martech Operations team as a Technical Campaign Manager, delivering CRM campaigns and reporting dashboards across our client accounts.
You will work with a variety of Marketing Technology tools to build, deploy, query and troubleshoot campaigns for our clients. Day to day work involves a mix of marketing activity and systems maintenance tasks.
We’re looking for you to have a sound base knowledge of consumer marketing and the use of marketing technology to support this. We’re technology agnostic and ideally looking for a good working knowledge of one or more of the following:
* Braze
* Salesforce Marketing Cloud
* Adobe Campaign
* MS Dynamics for Marketing
* Power BI
* Tableau
This is a hands-on delivery role, and we’re looking for someone with excellent communication, organisation and multi-tasking skills as well as the MarTech know-how.
The Day to Day
* Use Marketing Technology to build and deploy multi-channel consumer marketing campaigns
* Have extensive contact with internal colleagues and departments and some 3rd party suppliers and clients, to manage end-to-end multi-channel marketing campaigns
* Selection of most appropriate tools and methodologies to carry out data manipulation and processing tasks
* Querying databases, running counts and production of reports & dashboards
* Extraction, processing and preparing data files
* Quality Assurance checking of data files, proofs and approvals
* Ensuring adherence to quality assurance processes and GDPR
* Finding innovative solutions during problem solving
Who will you be?
* You will have proven experience in a similar MarTech delivery role, ideally gained within an agency or consultancy environment with a solid grounding in data and marketing technology
* Experience with managing end-to-end consumer marketing campaigns
* Solid database and marketing technology knowledge
* A good working knowledge of at least one Marketing Automation tool
* Competent ability in MS Excel
* Proven task and project managing skills
* Analytically and logically minded with both business and technical aptitude
* Enthusiastic - proactive, able to demonstrate good initiative
