Reservations Manager - Hampshire
We are seeking an inspirational leader to lead our Reservations Team at Tylney Hall Hotel, providing exceptional customer service and strategic leadership.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Reservations team, ensuring high standards of customer service, and working closely with the Executive Team and General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Guest Service Standards: Ensure the highest quality of guest service standards are adhered to by the Reservations staff, using AA guidelines and Guest Satisfaction Surveys.
* Induction and Training: Provide comprehensive induction for new Reservations Staff, ensuring they understand how their role interacts with other departments.
* Yield Management: Attend and contribute to the Yield Management Team, ensuring the Assistant Reservation's Manager can deputise in your absence.
* Sales and Strategy: Ensure Reservations Staff are efficient and competent in Sales tasks, understanding selling strategies set out by the Yield Management Team.
* Recruitment and Training: Work with the HR Manager to develop an effective recruitment strategy and induction programmes that meet departmental and employee needs.
* Standards of Procedure: Continuously update SOPs to match changes and ensure staff adhere to these standards.
