The Intermediate Business Analyst will support the specification and delivery of Clinics Projects, working on a variety of projects spanning implementation of new innovative Services, Development of Digital Platforms, new Products and Services, Data Migrations and Systems Integrations. This is an exciting role with an experienced core Team and larger matrix multi-disciplinary Team. How you’ll help us make health happen: Gathers, analyses and manages business requirements, translating requirements into solution options. Liaises across BGIUK Technology to develop solutions through to delivery Defines, documents and maintains relevant designs and intellectual property on a defined area of the Bupa estate Protects Bupa and Customer data through the managing an agreed area of the application and data estate and resolving security issues and meeting data retention and protection standard. Interacts with and influences colleagues. Has working level contact with customers, suppliers and partners. May supervise others or make decisions which impact the work assigned to individuals or phases of projects. Selects appropriately from applicable standards, methods, tools and applications. Communicates fluently, orally and in writing, and can present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Facilitates collaboration between stakeholders who share common objectives. Plans, schedules and monitors work to meet time and quality targets. Rapidly absorbs new information and applies it effectively. Maintains an awareness of developing technologies and their application and takes some responsibility for driving own development Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role: Experience of working as a business or solutions analyst, developer, tester or similar project environment. Experience of working across a broad range of technologies in a software delivery environment. ISEB certification or equivalent (desirable). Understanding and experience of Requirements Management. Manages own time and allocations, with enthusiasm, following the BG UK IT strategic direction. Resilient in an unpredictable and demanding environment where work levels can rapidly change Experience of Agile working in a fast-paced environment will be beneficial.
