This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team as a Commercial Administrator. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations across the supply chain, from liaising with suppliers to handling importation processes, managing customer relationships, and ensuring timely delivery to customers. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with suppliers to manage orders, delivery schedules, and product availability. Coordinate importation processes, including documentation and compliance. Communicate with customers to confirm orders, resolve queries, and provide updates on delivery timelines. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods to customers. Maintain and update supply chain systems, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility. Support the wider team with administrative tasks as required. Skills and Experience Required: Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within a supply chain, logistics, or customer service function. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with suppliers and customers. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a small team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
