About The Role
We are seeking a skilled ECommerce CRM Manager with expertise in Klaviyo to drive our customer engagement and retention strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimising CRM campaigns to enhance customer experiences, increase revenue, and build long-term customer loyalty. Your focus will be on leveraging Klaviyo and other tools to execute personalised email, SMS, and automation strategies that align with the eCommerce business goals.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Strategy & Execution
1. Develop and manage the eCommerce CRM strategy, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
2. Utilise Klaviyo to design, build, and optimize workflows, segmentation, and automation campaigns (e.g., abandoned cart, welcome series, post-purchase).
3. Analyse customer journeys and implement data-driven strategies to enhance the shopping experience.
Campaign Management
1. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with seasonal promotions and product launches.
2. Create targeted campaigns based on customer behaviors, purchase history, and preferences.
3. Test and refine subject lines, email templates, and call-to-actions to maximise engagement and conversions.
Data Management & Analytics
1. Manage and maintain the integrity of customer data within the CRM, ensuring compliance with GDPR/CCPA and other regulations.
2. Monitor and report on key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue generated from campaigns.
3. Utilise data insights to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and improve customer segmentation.
Collaboration & Optimization
1. Work closely with the eCommerce, design, and content teams to create compelling assets for CRM campaigns.
2. Collaborate with performance marketing to ensure CRM efforts complement paid campaigns.
3. Stay updated on eCommerce trends, CRM best practices, and new Klaviyo features to continuously enhance strategy.
This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week based at our NDC in Wolverhampton.
About You
The successful candidate will be a skilled marketing strategist who is able to drive creativity, motivation and enthusiasm in others.
What you'll need to succeed:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce or related field
2. 5 years experience in CRM Management with a strong focus on eCommerce
3. Experience working on B2C CRM, ideally in automotive sector
4. Worked with CRM list of +1 million subscribers
5. Proven expertise in Klaviyo, including automation, segmentation and campaign performance analysis
6. Experience in leading and executing CLTV strategy
7. Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms like Magento
8. Ability to craft compelling copy and optimise visuals for CRM campaigns
