As a Community Lead within Barchester's Residential Care Homes, you'll help to make residents' lives stimulating and fulfilling, delivering person-centred care and support. You'll lead and supervise a team of Carers and Senior Carers, taking on some clinical responsibilities, and acting as a role model for the team.

Person Specification
ABOUT YOU You'll need senior-level care experience to join us as a Community Lead. You'll also have supervised others and developed a good understanding of how to provide clinical care for the older person. We'll look for a Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care plus a willingness to undertake the assessor qualification. Enthusiastic, tenacious and full of integrity, your caring approach and strong communication skills mean you inspire trust in others. Most of all, you'll share our commitment to maintaining a vibrant, supportive culture that empowers our people to put our residents and their families first.
Qualifications
* Senior-level care experience, including supervising others and providing clinical care for older people.
* A Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, plus a willingness to undertake the assessor qualification.
