About the Role: As a supervisor you will be working alongside Croydon Council in our Social housing background, providing a stable and profitable contract, delivering excellent service and support through our local teams, who understand the importance of working together for the local community. A Supervisor will be part of a local team supporting the supervision activities and requirements of our Housing operations, ensuring all supervisory procedures are being undertaken efficiently in compliance with Company operating procedures, deliver best in class customer service, whilst satisfying all safety, quality and cost control standards relating to budget, profitability, and resource deployment. Day to day duties Overseeing Damp & mould Site visits Line management duties. Looking after sub-contractors Making sure they are getting updates and completions. Liaising with the clients Making sure works are done to the right standard and first time. Completing Post inspections. Role Criteria: Experience in Damp & mould Experience in line management Experience in social housing. Experience working with Sub contractors. Good Customer Service skills Good written and verbal communication IT Literate UK Full driving license All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
