Who You Are We are looking for an experienced and registered children's social worker with a background as a Practice Development Officer. You should have experience in designing, developing, and leading programs for newly qualified social workers (ASYE) and be capable of supporting and mentoring learners within our Workforce Development Team. Your extensive knowledge of children's legislation, case management, and policies will be crucial, as will your ability to supervise, mentor, and support the Continuous Professional Development of our social care workforce. What the Job Involves In this non-case holding role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering robust learner programs to support Continuous Professional Development through bespoke programs such as ASYE, Apprenticeships, and Step-ups. You will design and deliver high-quality training sessions and advocate for good practice across the organization. Additionally, you will conduct audits and support our Quality Assurance Service. This role requires on-site work at least three times per week in the Liverpool area.
