You will join an established team of individuals who are hardworking, have excellent communication skills as well as enjoying developing within this company and sector.
The day to day duties in your new job
First Point of contact for already existing or potential Customers in the B2B area
Written and phone correspondence with Customers and external partners
Interface between customers and Logistics, Supply Chain, Product Management
Operating comparing the KPI Service Levels
Continuous Improvement of the Customer Service Processes
Data Maintenance in ERP and CRM Systems
Complaint Management
Experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain Logistics would be an advantage
MS Office and SAP Experience
Experience in CRM Systems like
Good Communication Skills
Team player
English (French and German is a plus)
