Jenson Fisher is delighted to be partnering with our long-standing client based in Stirling to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a permanent, full time basis. Working as part of a vibrant team, the Accounts Assistant will report into the Management Accountant for this highly successful Group of companies and will be tasked largely with the maintenance of accurate financial records.
Working as a key part of the accounts team with a heavy emphasis on ensuring the accuracy and organisation of financial information. Your daily duties will include:
1. Processing financial transactions using financial software to maintain up-to-date records.
2. Ensuring proper management of financial information to ensure ease of access.
3. Bank reconciliations as required.
4. Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements to support decision-making processes.
5. Reconciling the balance sheet and addressing any discrepancies in a timely manner.
6. Processing and reconciling employee expense reports, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
7. Previous experience in a similar accounts administration role preferred.
8. Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
9. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
10. Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and resolve any issues efficiently.
