Job Title: New & Used Car Sales Executive
Location: Staines, TW18
Salary: Basic Salary £26,000 per year with OTE Circa £50,000 (Uncapped) + Company Car
Full Time and Permanent – You will be required to work 2 weekends out of 3
Our client is an independent car dealer group which operates a network of 61 car dealership sites in the UK and channel islands. They are one of the Top 25 Sunday Times best big companies to work for.
They are looking for a New/Used Car Sales Executive to join them at their Staines dealership.
Our Client go from selling electric vehicles in ever greater numbers, to providing more mobile servicing and growing their commercial and fleet vehicles, they are offering and delivering more choice to our customers every day.
Job Purpose:
To drive the standard in customer care. To sell an agreed number of New/Used vehicles with finance and insurance, extended warranty and accessories, using best practice selling techniques, sound product knowledge and compliant with sales procedure. To provide a courteous, professional and advisory service to all customers, to maximise opportunities whilst ensuring complete customer satisfaction and loyalty.

A New/Used Car Sales Executive who has an enthusiastic personality and is self - motivated.
Identifying new business opportunities and supporting colleagues within your team.
The ability to listen well, and have the skills to influence and persuade in both positive and negative circumstances
Do you have experience working in a main dealership?
Do you have a minimum of 2 years automotive sales experience?
