This is a hybrid role which will require regular presence at our manufacturing sites in Bar Hill and Liverpool.
Duration: 12 month Fixed Term Contract
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Analytics Specialist to join our Supply Chain Data Analytics team. In this role, you will leverage Oracle Fusion Analytics to transform raw data into meaningful insights, supporting data-driven decision-making across various business functions. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and other analytics professionals to ensure the optimal use of Oracle Fusion Analytics for reporting, performance measurement, and strategic planning. Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports in Oracle Fusion and Oracle Analytics Cloud to support enterprise-wide analytics.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
* Develop data visualizations and reports that deliver clear, actionable insights aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs) and business objectives.
* Manage data integrations between business systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
* Provide expertise in advanced analytics, including data mining, predictive modeling, and machine learning, as it pertains to Oracle Fusion Analytics.
* Support business users by troubleshooting issues, offering technical support, and providing training on Oracle Fusion Analytics best practices.
About You:
* A proven track record of experience with Oracle Fusion Analytics, Oracle Analytics Cloud, or similar Oracle cloud-based analytics tools within Supply Chain Operations.
* Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, SCM, and Manufacturing Analytics.
* Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle reporting tools (e.g., OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Analytics Cloud) and non-Oracle visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Cognos).
* Strong knowledge of data modeling, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data visualization tools.
* Proven experience working with complex datasets, creating interactive dashboards, and delivering insights to executive-level stakeholders.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical information into easily understood business insights.
* Self-starter with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications, especially in Oracle Analytics and Oracle Fusion.
* Experience in a manufacturing industry setting.
* Familiarity with change management processes and best practices in ERP implementation.
* Knowledge of integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud.
