Job Summary: Deliver hotel/restaurant standards with a focus on seasonal food, balanced menus, and person-centred hospitality.
Responsibilities:
• Assist the Head Chef in creating menus and working with residents.
• Help manage the kitchen and work fresh produce to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Create a warm and welcoming environment within the home.
• Manage stock control and complete regular audits.
• Assist in leading and motivating a team.
Requirements:
• City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent.
• Experience in helping lead and inspire a team.
• Good understanding of nutrition and HACCP.
