EQUANS is looking for an FM Quality Support Administrator to join our team based at Queen Alexandra Hospital (QAH), Portsmouth on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week from 08:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday with a 30 minute unpaid break. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
You will be responsible for all aspects of the Quality System at the hospital site, providing high profile, pro-active leadership and support within the unit carrying out the requirements of the management team on all aspects of the implementation and maintenance of the Quality System liaising with the management team to meet established targets Ensuring all H&S info is up to date and assisting the FM team in implementing and communicating the Quality agenda.
Please note before applying: this is not a hybrid working role, attendance in the office 5 days a week is mandatory.
What will you deliver?
* Proactively and positively contribute to the achievement of deliverables through individual and team effort. Assisting in the management of the production of the required deliverables and control risks.
* Responsible for the provision, maintenance and control of all documentation relating to Quality System within Soft FM at QAH and work with departmental managers to achieve effective processes. With the opportunity to develop the Hard FM side of quality in the future.
* Liaise with the Service Managers and related functions to ensure that work is neither overlooked nor duplicated.
* Review all Working Instructions, Staff Information Packs, Risk Assessments, Forms and any other QMS documents for SFM.
* Organising and tracking 6 monthly ladder checks for the Patient Services Department.
* Manage the Quality System for FM Services at QAH to ensure continuing accreditation; produce audit plans, analyse information and produce reports as required.
* Maintain all paperwork associated with the Quality System.

Who are we looking for?
* Previous ISO quality system experience is essential
* Experience working within a healthcare setting is desirable
* Excellent MS Office and IT skills, advanced Excel is essential
* Comfortable using Sharepoint and Power BI
* Will be a strong communicator with the ability to liaise with colleagues and the client
* Excellent administration, organisational and problem solving skills
* Good written communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
* Ability to function in a pressurised environment.
This role includes a Basic DBS check therefore ability to pass is essential.
