We are seeking a Senior Account Management Lead to join our team at Practicus. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing account management strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in operations management, ideally within healthcare or clinical services. They will also have a strong understanding of clinical, financial, and commercial risk principles, with a history of successful mitigation.
