Warren James is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor who loves wearing and promoting our jewellery, with a desire to drive sales and increase brand awareness.

The Retail Sales Advisor Role
1. Be part of a small team, helping to look after the shop and customers to maximize sales and customer numbers.
2. Create a welcoming environment and provide excellent one-to-one customer experiences.
3. Engage in daily tasks including maintaining visual jewellery displays.
4. Develop and maintain a good knowledge of our jewellery products.
5. Set a good example in all your actions.
The Retail Sales Advisor Essentials
1. Have a genuine passion for jewellery and customer service.
2. Promote a smart and well-groomed appearance to reflect our company's image.
3. Ability to work independently and use your initiative.
4. Enjoy working as part of a team and following management instructions.
5. Pay attention to detail in all tasks.

Jewellery knowledge isn't required as training is provided.
1. Full and Part-Time contracts available.
2. 28 days holiday per year; after 5 years, 33 days (including 8 Bank Holidays, pro-rata for part-time).
