Overview
As the Global Ecommerce Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the Global Head of Ecommerce in driving forward the global ecommerce strategy through supporting key global business functions. This role is pivotal in driving a consistent approach to online trading and KPIs across all eCommerce markets to ensure we achieve an elevated online experience for the Creed brand.
Key Responsibilities
Web Development
1. Support the writing of global web development briefs and management of briefs to go live fruition.
2. Carry out competitor and industry analysis around key topics of development to ensure the Creed web offering stays ahead of the market.
3. Collate local market feedback to feed into upcoming developments.
4. Keep the global project pipeline up to date and regularly circulate to local markets.
5. Contribute to monthly, weekly and quarterly reviews with the global development agency.
6. Collate and monitor KPIs in line with key project objectives across markets to monitor the success of functionality changes and share with the wider business.
7. Research and contribute to the development of new concepts for future projects.
8. Regularly attend industry networking events to stay afloat of emerging opportunities.
Reporting
1. Own the global weekly trading reports for direct digital business, identifying key commercial opportunities and synergies across markets.
2. Work with the local markets to ensure KPI reporting is regularly kept up to date.
3. Standardise ad hoc/deep dive reports across markets to ensure global consistency to success measurement.
4. Produce reporting templates for key ecommerce campaigns and work with local markets to ensure key information is populated.
Global Documentation & Processes
1. Maintain key ecommerce best practice guides for markets e.g. packaging, GWP.
2. Maintain the global ecommerce calendar.
3. Create best practice SEO guides for product set up and maintenance.
4. Work with the Global Head of Content to ensure all content packs include key merchandising opportunities for local markets in line with every campaign and product focus.
5. Act as the digital conduit for new and future product launches, working closely with marketing and local markets to establish clear D2C launch timelines.
6. Conduct bi-weekly site walkthroughs across both direct and indirect Creed sites to establish opportunities for global alignment or potential barriers to purchase.
7. Support the Global Head of Ecommerce across key global IT project requests that touch the ecommerce business, creating documentation wherever needed.
Skills and Experience
1. Proven experience in a global digital management or assistant management position (3+ years).
2. Experience managing development agencies with a specific focus on Shopify.
3. Competent in building reports and dashboards across a variety of tools including GA4, Shopify and Better Reports.
4. Highly analytical with a passion for data and numbers.
5. Familiarity with budgets and P&L’s.
6. Exceptional attention to detail.
7. Proven track record of stakeholder management.
