Responsibilities
Operate and maintain production machinery, ensuring optimal performance.
Assemble products according to specifications, utilising both power tools and hand tools effectively.
Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area at all times.
Assist in the training of new staff on production processes and equipment usage.
Qualifications
Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in a production or warehouse setting.
Proficiency in using various power tools and hand tools for assembly tasks.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
A proactive attitude towards safety and quality assurance in all aspects of work.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required.
