The primary focus of this role will be making outbound calls to potential clients, engaging with them to promote properties, ancillary products, and providing exceptional customer service. Job Description - Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote properties and services offered by the estate agency. - Engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner to understand their needs and preferences. - Provide information about properties, schedule viewings, and follow up with clients. - Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in the database. - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience. Requirements: - Excellent communication skills and a pleasant phone manner. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach. - No prior experience is necessary, but any customer service or sales experience would be a bonus. - Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (training will be provided).
