About the Role The Allianz Personal Lines Broker Marketing team are currently seeking an experienced B2B Communications and Engagement Executive for a 6-month secondment/contract. This role is based in the Brentwood office, a minimum of 1 day a week, with occasional travel to the London office. You’ll be working within a friendly B2B marketing team, playing a key role in delivering the communication and engagement strategy for the Broker business. This role reports into the Marketing Manager (Comms & Digital). This role involves helping to develop and deliver creative multi-channel marketing campaigns, service and some internal communications. It also requires understanding analytics to drive continuous improvement and developing good working relationships with internal stakeholders. You’ll have the confidence to take ownership of your key areas of responsibility from day one along with involvement in a variety of other marketing related ad-hoc projects to support the team. You’ll have strong copywriting, campaign management, creative thinking, organisational and interpersonal skills to manage the day-to-day activities, as well as support the team with new initiatives and projects. You'll also show a professional, can-do attitude. You’ll need previous experience of working in a multi-channel marketing/communications role with a proven track record of delivering innovative marketing plans with a creative and analytical mind. Ideally, you’ll be A-Level qualified standard and have CIM qualifications. The Details You’ll need to: Assist the Marketing Manager (Comms & Digital) in delivering the Personal Lines B2B communication and engagement strategy. Deliver innovative, creative and engaging internal and external B2B communication, through a variety of activities and channels, that support our overall strategy and are in line with our Allianz values, brand and tone of voice. Design, develop and deliver value add B2B campaigns that support business growth and development plans. Produce high quality, creative and engaging internal/external content that’s aligned with our brand and complements wider Allianz Group strategic aims and PR activities. Evaluate communication and engagement MI, working collaboratively with the digital marketing team to optimise content and increase performance of our channels. Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to understand the business strategy, share insight, plan and deliver creative marketing communications. Maintain a keen awareness of competitor activity in the industry, producing regular reports on our competitive marketing positioning. Be a ‘Communication Champion’ offering support, best practice guides and training to other members of the team and the wider business. Project manage and deliver other ad-hoc marketing projects and activities as required.
