Internal Sales Administrator required for a 10 month fixed term contract, with the potential for extension beyond the 10 months.
Working full time, 35hrs per week with an early 3pm finish every Friday!
24,000 - 25,000 per annum depending on experience
What you'll be responsible for:
* First point of contact for customers, email or telephone
* Ensuring good information has been entered into the CRM system
* Create / send offers via the ERP system
* Following up on offers and outstanding loans
* Create reports
* Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
* Ensure smooth daily running of the office, assist with managing office contracts with Utilities and other suppliers
* Support analysis, planning & forecasting using order and customer data
* Assisting with market research
* Recording warranty requests
* Logistics management
* Diary management and travel coordination
