Customer Account Manager - Health & Safety Services - Home Based - £30,000 plus commission (£40k year 1 OTE)
Hello Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting a Customer Account Manager for a market-leading business that provides vital information to organisations regarding Health & Safety on an ad hoc basis.
You will look after customers' needs with regards to training, legal register support, user functionality, and resolving any issues.
This role is an Account Manager position where you will need to be someone who enjoys engaging with clients regularly, as you will be undertaking up to 8 training sessions per week with clients and providing help and advice where necessary. You will deal with existing clients, ensuring they are satisfied while trying to identify new businesses that may benefit from our extensive library of information.
The role is home-based, so training sessions and communication with clients will be conducted via Teams. The position offers an attractive salary of £30,000 with a year 1 OTE of £40,000.
