Location: Liverpool Street- stones throw away from Liverpool Street station!
Contract Details: Maternity FTC! May 2025- October 2026 (huge potential to stay!)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

As a Team coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, including:
Overseeing office management and supplies
Coordinating internal events and communications
Assisting senior leadership with calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting preparation ✈️
Handling confidential information and communications
Managing financial administration, including expense reconciliation and invoicing 🧾
Supporting HR processes, including recruitment and onboardingEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
2-5 years' experience in a similar role, ideally in the technology sector
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Xero and confident IT skills (MS Office, Outlook, Excel)
A proactive and friendly approach to teamwork
Fluent in written and spoken EnglishDesirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
Experience with HR systems
