About the role of Quantity Surveyor\n\nAs a Quantity Surveyor, you'll be a key element in ensuring the company secures it's full entitlement within the parameters of the contract and further commercial negotiations.\n\nThis is will be working within the Social Housing Refurbishment sector, specifically on EWI, Kitchen & Bathrooms and Windows & Doors Schemes. \n\nResponsibilities for Quantity Surveyor\n\nConsistent communication with line managers to maximise cash flow through monthly invoicing and implementing appropriate procedures to resolve client queries.\nEnsure accurate cash flow forecasts and revenue profiles are in place, accurate and updated regularly.\nManage external valuations when submitted so that they are in accordance with conditions of the main contract.\nPreparation and reporting of CVR, CVC and management accounts. \n\nRequirements for Quantity Surveyor\n\nPrevious experience in a similar role.\nIT knowledge - incl.
