What you'll do
Your key accountabilities will include:
* Supporting the Senior Proposition Manager in designing and delivering the new loyalty proposition.
* Analysing market, customer, and performance data to feed into the most effective proposition design to maximise positive customer and commercial outcomes.
* Developing a test and learn programme to ensure we are continuing to drive improvements in our proposition and customer experience.
* Taking ownership of the overall Financial Services Loyalty critical path, leading your own delivery workstreams and partnering with commercial, payments, and Sparks proposition leads.
* Leading regular updates on Financial Services Loyalty, acting as a key delegate of the Senior Proposition Manager in senior partner sessions.
Who you are
Your skills and experience will include:
* A blend of analytical and creative thinking, able to build hypotheses from market, customer, and performance insights to shape a compelling proposition.
* Experience in loyalty, with knowledge of data-driven marketing and personalisation a plus.
* Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate cross-functionally.
* A confident communicator, able to distil the complex into engaging narratives.
* Experience in delivering change and building a pathway through ambiguity.
