In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of business operations. Key Responsibilities:
1. Stationery and Supplies Management: Ordering and maintaining stock of all necessary office supplies.
2. Timetable Scheduling: Coordinating and managing schedules to ensure smooth operations across all departments.
3. Travel and Accommodation Management: Booking hotels, arranging rental cars, and managing related payments.
4. Payment Administration: Handling and processing payments for bookings and other operational needs.
5. General Administrative Support: Assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks as required to support the smooth running of the college.
